Our head chef is a proud graduate of the world-renowned M.L. Puang Dinakara Royal Exquisite Thai Cooking School, one of Thailand’s most prestigious culinary institutions. With deep culinary roots spanning the bold, vibrant flavours of Isan in the Northeast, the rich curries of Bangkok, and the fresh, coastal tastes of Songkhla in the South, every dish is a love letter to Thailand.
